ROLE &
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supplying
parts quotes and sales to service, internal, retail, and wholesale
clients.
- Answering
phone calls on an ongoing basis.
- Organizing
and maintain parts department and workspace.
- Helping
in stocking inventory daily as required.
- When
necessary, helping in the delivery of parts to clients.
KNOWLEDGE,
SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Auto industry experience
- Knowledge of PBS is considered an
asset
- Minimum 2-year telephone-based
customer service experience.
- Possess exceptionally strong
telephone communications skills.
- To be a dealership/brand advocate
promoting extraordinary customer service.
- Must be detail-oriented, thorough,
and able to work independently.
- Is knowledgeable about dealership
operations.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- The desire for continuous
professional growth and improvement.
- Problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively and
congenially with others in the department and the dealership.
- Ability and aptitude to establish
rapport with customers over the telephone.
