ROLE &
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing customers with
information regarding vehicles for sale;
·
Following the steps to the sales process for all sales buckets
(Walk-in, Phone, E-leads);
·
Sharing brand and NRAG heritage at every touch point possible
(built a lasting first impression);
·
Conducting
test drives of vehicles for sale;
·
Providing off and onsite delivery of the vehicle with expert
attention to detail;
·
Embracing the showroom to ensure a 5-star experience for guests;
·
Infusing all
targeted accounts and radiating sales from within the client base;
- Overcoming objections of
prospective customers;
- Emphasizing product/service
features and benefits
- Building and fostering a
network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth;
- Generating and developing new
customer accounts;
- Always maintaining
professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity and portray positivity;
- Using marketing data and
applicable sales management software tools to maximize sales efficiency
and effectiveness;
- Building and maintaining
ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and
other research;
- Increasing brand awareness through various
initiatives;
- Maintaining and keeping current on Mazda product
knowledge, technology and current offerings;
- Actively participating on
dealer social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter);
- Maintaining healthy CEP and
Google Review ratings;

Weekly market research in customer experience via offsite review
of market leaders (Tiffany’s, Tesla, Starbucks, Apple and such);

Performing
other duties as required
KNOWLEDGE,
SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Automotive experience is NOT a
requirement
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaking
is considered an asset
- The ability to work independently
and as a part of a team;
- You are self-motivated, confident,
and customer-focused with strong organizational skills;
- Exceptional verbal communication and
presentation skills;
- Excellent listening skills;
- Self-motivated, with high energy and
an engaging level of enthusiasm;
- Valid Drivers License and good
driving record;
- Must have the ability to work
evenings and Saturdays as scheduled
- Possess
a valid Ontario Driver’s License, is able to drive both manual and
automatic transmission
