Responsibilities
of the Floor Manager / Sales Manager include:

Lead
by example
with a sales-driven approach that motivates and inspires the team.

Be
able to energize floor traffic and meet every customer to ensure a memorable
experience
·
Build
strong customer relationships that drive loyalty, repeat business, and referrals.
·
Coach,
mentor, and develop
sales staff while maintaining accountability for performance.
·
Resolve
conflicts and objections
calmly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
·
Communicate
with influence,
adapting messaging to connect with both staff and customers.
·
Thrive
in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience under pressure.
·
Uphold
the dealership’s reputation through integrity, professionalism, and ethical practices.
·
Maintain
a valid OMVIC license
(required).
·
Hold
a valid G driver’s license
with a clean driving record (required).
