Car Washer / Service Greeter
NewRoads Toyota Newmarket, a division of the NewRoads Automotive Group is
hiring a Car Washer / Service Greeter to work in our increasingly busy shop.
Responsibilities of a Car Washer/Service Greeter
role include:
- Clean
vehicle exterior
- Drive, rearrange
and move vehicles on the lot.
- Inspect
and report any vehicular damages.
- Maintain
lot security and cleanliness.
- Verify
vehicle serial numbers for invoices.
- Safely
transport customers to and from the dealership in a NewRoads shuttle when
required.
- Greet
service customers upon arrival.
- Assist in
the management of service waiters.
- Assure a
high level of customer satisfaction.
- Greet
customers upon arrival and check-in vehicles to our Service Department.
- Sanitize
customer vehicles on drop off and pick up.
- Communicate
with Service Advisors regarding customer appointment details.
- Liaison
between Service Advisors and staff throughout the dealership.
- Be aware
of shuttle-bus schedules/availability to assist in coordinating drop-off
and pick-up arrangements. Work closely with customers to ensure their
shuttle needs are confirmed and fulfilled.
- Assist in
lot organization when applicable.
- Efficiently
and correctly promote the dealership service department.
- Ensure a
high level of customer satisfaction.
