Parts Advisor
NewRoads Honda, a division of the NewRoads Automotive Group,
is hiring a Full -Time Parts Advisor.
Responsibilities of a Parts Advisor role
include:

Generating accurate parts quotes and providing
sales support to internal, retail, and wholesale customers.
·
Managing incoming phone calls and
addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
·
Maintaining an organized and efficient
parts department and workspace.
·
Performing daily inventory stocking as
needed to ensure product availability.
What You Offer:
- Experience
with automotive parts is required.
- An
energetic, positive attitude with aspirations of skill and
career growth;
- Knowledge
of PBS is considered an asset;
- Minimum
2-year telephone-based customer service experience;
- Possess
powerful telephone communications skills;
- To
be a dealership/brand advocate promoting extraordinary customer service;
- Must
be detail-oriented, thorough, and able to work independently;
- Is
knowledgeable about dealership operations;
- Flexibility
and adaptability;
- The
desire for continuous professional growth and improvement;
- Problem-solving
skills;
- Ability
to work effectively and congenially with others in the department and the
dealership;
- Ability
and aptitude to establish rapport with customers over the telephone.
