Automotive Finance Manager
NewRoads Toyota
Newmarket, a division of The NewRoads Automotive Group, is seeking a
talented Automotive Finance Manager.
Responsibilities
of a Finance Manager role include:
- Meeting and excelling in
setting sales goals by selling extended products such as protection
packages, extended warranties, life and accident/health insurance,
WALKAWAY and environmental protection packages;
- Overcoming customer
objections;
- Structuring deals by lender and dealership guidelines;
- Performing credit interviews,
preparing credit applications and submitting them to the lender;
- Rehashing deals with
lenders. Working all deals diligently;
- Booking out deals
accurately. Never misrepresenting equipment;
- Preparing necessary
paperwork for deliveries and obtaining insurance confirmation;
- Going through paperwork
with the customer on delivery, explaining each form;
- Collecting and receipting
monies due;
- Separate all documents and
organize the paperwork to be sent to the bank for funding;
- Follow up on funding and
make sure the deal is funded promptly;
- Communicate all problem
deals to management immediately;
- Address missing
stipulations communicated from the lender immediately;
- Close docket, which
includes printing internal forms for the the Administration Department;
- Organize all of the
paperwork in the docket according to the layout required by Admin;
- Update the internal log
showing the deal delivered as well as products sold;
- Update the Tricor log for
each deal delivered, itemizing all products sold and income generated ;
- Know and implement
dealership policies and procedures;
- Additional duties as may be
required.
What You Offer:
· A minimum
of three years of experience in a Financial Services Management role is required.
· Experience
working with credit-challenged or no-credit clients, as well as new residents,
is essential.
· Proven
ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with lending partners.
· Ability to
accurately interpret credit bureau data.
· Import
dealership experience is preferred.
· OMVIC license
is required.
· Used
vehicle acquisition experience is an asset.
· Strong
leadership capabilities.
· Values and
contributes to a collaborative team dynamic.
· Demonstrated
ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
